International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options of VISA, Mastercard and Paypal and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my Claddagh ring order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Most Claddagh ring orders are custom made to order and then hallmarked in the Dublin Assay office. This generally takes 20 days approximately, from order date to ship date. Most order are delivered by regular international mail in 7-10 days. You will receive a E-mail shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.

Shipping is FREE by international mail worldwide. (Except for 10th - 24th December for orders under $150.00)
What is the Claddagh Ring King return policy?
We accept returns for exchange or full refund 90 calendar days after delivery of the Claddagh rings. Claddagh rings must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is as follows:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way shape or form to the Claddagh ring.
• within 90 calendar days of the delivery date
• must not be a special order or a custom order Claddagh ring
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 90 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If a Claddagh ring is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all returns shipping costs.
